Well, I may have made it to the end of counting the omer successfully (I did! WOO!), but in the homestretch, I ran out of steam on the “post a daily blog” success.
That being said, somewhere along the line, I messed up the days of the omer themes and also finished the day-by-day break down for days early. I don’t know how and I am not going to go back and check.
Instead, today’s final blog post of the Omer 5777 is dedicated to four blessings I am grateful for in my every day life, depicted by pictures (mostly) from this weekend. Thanks for following, either for one post or all of them. Feel free to send suggestions for next year’s Omer blog… I have a whole year to decide whether or not I will make it happen.
Wishing all who celebrate a meaningful and enjoyable Shavuot!
Blessings: friends (these pics only show a few friends because pics are from this weekend), spontaneous adventures, nature, good things in the world
I feel like any way I look at any of the prompts/themes for this week, it will just be about friends and people I love. TBT to some pretty awesome people.
Blessings: people I love and who love me
Here are some friends bloopers, because “strength” and “bonding” overlap in my mind in the “friends” area. Also on that note, see below for some all time fave friends pics of my own.
Blessing: friends, laughter
A pretty good org, check it out: makeitok.org
Blessings: Helping other people
Unrelatedly, here’s a peaceful pic of me in a happy beautiful place from a trip with lovely people.
After a long weekend of Israeli dance and festival preparation and dancing, this will be a short post:
Day 32 (4 weeks and 4 days) : Hod in Hod, Glory in Glory
Surrounded by friends, this shabbat day of the Omer was truly Glorious
Day 33 (4 weeks and 5 days) : Yesod in Hod, Connection in Glory
Israeli dance connects people all around the world and is a community like no other (that I am proud to be a part of and may be a cult?)
Any way, happy Lag B’Omer, happy day of festival, here’s another pic #israelidancefriends #israelidancefam #israelidancecult
Blessing: Israeli dance!
IT IS FINALLY FRIDAY. All I can say, honestly, is that I cannot be more happy or thankful to have made it through this week.
Blessings: friends, support, WEEKENDS, BALAGAN
I feel like a survivor after this week…
My humility today? I can’t sing 🙂 Here’s some more great a capella and tbt to when I (we) listened to this on repeat on Nativ. Enjoy!
Blessings: a capella, funny tbts
